John’s road to real estate followed a somewhat indirect path. After 15 years as a police officer, John wanted to find a profession where he could have more control over his day-to-day activities.
As he tells it:
“The reason I made the switch to real estate was due to my entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to build my schedule as well as impact as many people as possible. I have been on my own and working since I was 13 – cutting lawns, snow shoveling – when my friends were out sledding and having snowball fights. Being an entrepreneur is in my DNA. I have always loved real estate. Ever since I can remember it was a dream of mine to have my own home. Real estate was a natural fit to go after my dream.”
Using innovative marketing and state-of-the-art technology, John creates lead-generating websites for sellers who are looking to put their homes on the market. Working on the guarantee – Your Home Sold in 45 Days or We’ll Sell It for Free – John and his team uses every available resource to create a database of more than 2,000 buyers actively searching for homes in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Staying up-to-date and on the cutting edge of the constantly ever-changing real estate market, John regularly attends conferences and seminars nationwide to refine his unique buyer and seller programs.
His success and growth has not gone unnoticed, as he is regularly invited to speak and share his expertise to other real estate professionals and leadership experts across the country. In September of 2017 John published his third book entitled, Sold! Listing to Closing: The Ultimate Home Sellers Guide. His book has been recognized by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors by being featured in their monthly blog. The success from his book has created in-demand home buying and home selling seminars that he holds at his office as well as local Libraries.
In John’s free time, he enjoys cross fitting, reading, blogging, traveling and spending time with his daughter, Alexa.
